Direct Hire Medical RecordsJervey Eye Group is looking for a medical records clerk to prepare and retrieve existing medical records by gathering appropriate record folders and contents, inputting and recording locations to computer, and delivering records. The ideal employee will be comfortable working under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills. Experience in medical records is beneficial but not required. Cross training for work as a registration secretary provided for more variety and expanded job duties. Must have ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Direct Hire Call CenterJervey Eye Group is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Rep to coordinate and schedule patient appointments and ensure smooth scheduling process for patients and doctors. Job responsibilities include receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls to answer questions and resolve patient inquiries. Customer Service experience needed. Cross training on check-in process provided so you can provide fill in support as needed. Must be willing to adapt to emergencies and perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
